Kitahara Matsuri is a Japanese themed night market hosted by Hougang Japanese Language School. It will feature many exciting games, delicious food and unique merchandise!

 

Grilled octopus balls, grilled meat, red bean mochi, oden and dango are some of the many Japanese carnival food we have. Japanese sports & games such as baseball, archery, yoyotsuri (water balloon fishing), shateki (shooting game) and many more will be present to entertain everybody of all ages !

*It is a fundraising festival for all alumni, current students, teachers of Hougang Japanese Language School,their family and friends!

Looking for Sponsors, vendors, volunteers & business opportunities

Sponsors:

 

Things for goodies bags (Carnival gifts, stationary, unwanted stuff, flyers /vouchers to market your business/product (for a fee) and etc..)

Vendors:

​

Renting a booth space for a fee to market and sell your products. (Japanese related are preferred)

​

Volunteers:

​

Helping out at the event as ushers, ticket collections and games-in-charge. 4 hours of 1st or 2nd shift. 

​

Volunteers will get $20 worth of matsuri coupons and $30 credit for classes at Hougang Japanese Language School.
